Stop letting life
happen to you.
Ancient philosophy. Body-level tools. Daily practice.
I write about designing a life on purpose — from Dubai.
I spent years on
autopilot. Then I
chose differently.
I grew up in Dubai, spent over a decade climbing the corporate ladder, and hit every milestone that was supposed to make me feel alive. It didn’t.
What changed wasn’t a dramatic event — it was a quiet realization that I’d been letting life happen to me instead of designing it on purpose. I started studying Stoic philosophy, learned how the nervous system drives our reactions, and began building daily practices around intentional living.
Now I share what I’ve learned — real tools, not platitudes — for anyone who’s ready to stop running on default mode and start making conscious choices about how they spend their time, energy, and attention.
Ancient wisdom.
Modern science.
Daily practice.
Everything I create sits at the intersection of these three ideas — the philosophy, the body, and the intentional design of each day.
Applied Stoicism
Not armchair philosophy. Practical Stoic tools you can use today — at work, in relationships, when things fall apart. The ancient operating system for a modern life.
